3. Document Guidelines & User Responsibility
While our application provides biometric guidelines for 150+ country standards (e.g. US 2x2 inch, India 35x45 mm, Schengen Visa):
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their final photo meets all specific rules (e.g. neutral facial expression, clear eye visibility, no glare on glasses, correct lighting) established by their respective government embassy or passport issuing authority.
4. Intellectual Property
The application interface, design system, brand logo, software code, and pre-configured country specifications are the intellectual property of Passport Studio. You retain complete ownership and copyright of your uploaded and processed photos.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "AS IS". In no event shall the developer be liable for any passport application rejections or delays resulting from improper photo lighting, positioning, or embassy rule changes.
