If you wish to request the deletion of your account, backend records, analytics data, or any stored user information associated with Passport Size Photo Maker: AI BG Remover, you can send an email request directly to our developer team.
In accordance with Google Play Store Data Safety Policies, we process all valid deletion requests within 3 to 7 business days.

2. What Information Will Be Deleted?
Upon receiving your email deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Any associated user profile, preferences, or account identifiers stored on backend systems.
- Associated analytics records, crash telemetry logs, and advertising identifiers.
- Any support correspondence or feedback records tied to your device.
3. Local Device Cache & Photo Storage Deletion
Our app processes document photos locally on your mobile device processor. Photos are never uploaded or stored on cloud servers. To instantly clear local photos and cached settings from your smartphone:
- Open Android Settings ➔ Apps.
- Select Passport Photo Maker.
- Tap Storage & Cache ➔ Clear Storage / Clear Data.
- Uninstall the application from your device.
4. Data Retention & Timelines
Deletion requests submitted via email are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
