This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Passport Size Photo Maker: AI BG Remover (referred to as "the App" or "our Service"). The app allows users to create passport, visa, and ID photos using automated AI background removal and biometric cropping tools.

2. Data Collection & Processing (On-Device AI)
To guarantee complete photo security:
- No Remote Server Photo Uploads: Photos captured via your camera or selected from your gallery are processed entirely on your local mobile device memory. We do not transmit, store, or host your personal photos on cloud servers.
- Facial Segmentation & Biometrics: Facial detection used for biometric alignment and background removal is executed via on-device machine learning (e.g. Google ML Kit Selfie Segmentation) and is discarded immediately after processing.
- No Account Registration Required: The app does not require account creation, name registration, email input, or phone numbers.
3. Device Permissions Requested
The app requests the following Android permissions strictly to fulfill core photo creation features:
android.permission.CAMERA: Used solely to take a picture within the app when requested by the user.android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES/READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Used to let you select a photo from your gallery.android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Used to save your generated high-definition passport photo sheets to your gallery.
4. Third-Party Services & Advertising
Our app is 100% free for users. To support ongoing maintenance, the app integrates certified Google Play SDKs:
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used to serve non-intrusive advertisements. AdMob may process anonymized device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) in strict accordance with Google AdMob privacy policies.
5. User Data Rights & Account / Data Deletion Request via Email
Users have the right to request deletion of their account, analytics records, or backend data.
